Founded by Nicolette, after discovering, feeling, and experiencing the transformative benefits of Pilates, she was determined to spread the love and knowledge of pilates and to create a studio like no other. An elevated space that welcomes rather than intimidates, inspires rather than discourages, and combines the expertise of experienced and qualified instructors with a full range of custom, high-quality apparatus.
